Expectations for Elementary Virtual/Flexible/Distance Learning

Learning Materials
Elementary students can access elementary instruction through ONLINE PLATFORM. If you need help with getting a device, contract our Technology department at email, phone.
If you have printed materials that go out to students, add details about the pickup/dropoff of those materials.
Learning Time
All students are expected to remain engaged in their learning each weekday. We ask that students check (Google Classroom, Email, other software) by 11 a.m. each day. During the time that school is closed, it is recommended that students spend 1-2 hours participating in learning each day.
Students with disabilities also need to maintain their specially designed instruction sessions with their special education teachers and therapists (PT, OT, Speech). Teachers will be monitoring the engagement of their students throughout the week and attendance will be recorded.???????
Communication
Our school will primarily be using email for means of communication, so please regularly check your email. You can look forward to communication from your child's classroom teacher via email or the (Google Classroom, Email, other software) at the end of each week.
